At the beginning of the first lockdown I found Mairi online and joined her classes. Having studied yoga for a few years, I can honestly say that Mairi’s approach to teaching is one of total care for her students. She has adapted to Zoom with clarity so I know exactly what she is teaching me and my flexibility, strength (mental and physical) and suppleness have improved considerably. I look forward to the classes which include a good variety and even some freebies! She is inclusive, cost wise, and I can thoroughly recommend her as a yoga teacher. It is a great pleasure to participate in Mairi’s yoga classes. She is the great teacher not only because her ability to explain what to do and gently correct you if needed, but even more the ability to keep you relaxed and focused at the same time.
