I do feel that yoga helps my joint movement and I always feel great after Mairi’s class. I’ve been doing a little at home too. Hopefully I can lose some weight and the poses will get easier for me.

Mairi’s warm welcoming & encouraging manner created a very soothing & relaxed ambience at the workshop. I enjoyed learning the sequence of movements which make up the Sun Salutation & left feeling uplifted & full of positivity.  I would encourage everyone to try participating in one of Mairi’s workshops or perhaps in one of her weekly classes to enjoy a feeling of well being & suppleness.
