As a regular participant of Mairi’s Wednesday morning “Stretch to Yoga” class I have experienced improved flexibility and core strength.
The class is built round gentle stretching exercises followed with ‘Asana’ practice (yoga poses).
Mairi is a skilled and gentle teacher, welcoming all abilities and ages to her class.
In addition to regular weekly class, Mairi offers an annual free week long yoga challenge in April. Yes, free! Inviting participants to join her in the great outdoors every day for one hour to meditate and practice Hatha yoga.
I have taken part in the yoga challenge for two years and have found it both enriching and fun.
Mairi offers classes via Zoom and recently has returned to practicing in the local church hall.
