  • 6pm (60min) – Gentle & Slow Hatha Flow (FULLY BOOKED until September 2021)

SPECIAL CLASSES

Sunday

  • 4pm (120min) – Slow Sunday YogaEvery 1st Sunday in the month except on mayor holidays – the first forthcoming 1st August. 

Monday 

  • 7am Sun Salutations Calm Express (45min)  – Book a drop in session if you have completed this course previously. Or enrol for the new 6 weeks block starting on the 20th of September
  • 11.15am – (35min) Chair-based Yoga – a new block starting when the group is formed, to express your interest please get in touch, in the meantime, you are welcome to book a private Zoom session.

Inversions Masterclass by an Inversion Wimp (all welcome) – Bookings closed for Saturday 9th October 2021, 10.30am-12.30pm, Zoom – please get in touch to reserve your space for the next time this workshop would run.

OUTDOORS CLASSES 

3rd Annual Spring Yoga Challenge – 19th -25th April 2021 has just finished! This was a wonderful week of free daily outdoors community yoga sessions. Some inspiration will be shared in a blogpost soon. For the 4th annual challenge to do yoga daily outdoors for a whole week, in Bridge of Allan, Scotland, please add the 2022 Earth Day week in your diary and get in touch to reserve your spaces.
