  • 11.15am – (75min) Gentle & Slow Hatha Flow – Send a booking request
  • 8.30pm – (75min) Floor-based Gentle & Slow Hatha Flow (FULLY BOOKED until December 2021)

Wednesday

  • 11.15 (75min) – Gentle & Slow Hatha Flow – Send a booking request 
  • 6pm (60min) – Gentle & Slow Hatha Flow (FULLY BOOKED until December 2021)

SPECIAL CLASSES

Sunday

  • 4pm (120min) – Slow Sunday YogaEvery 1st Sunday in the month except on mayor holidays

Monday 

  • 8am Sun Salutations with Chanting (30min)  – open only to Yoga practitioners who completed 6 weeks Sun Salutations course with Mairi.  The next 6 weeks block starting on 19th of November 2021. 
  • 11.15am – (35min) Chair-based Yoga – a new block starting when the group is formed, to express your interest please get in touch, in the meantime, you are welcome to book a private Zoom session of chair-based Yoga. 

Wednesday

  • 11.15am – (35min) Chair-based Yoga – a new block starting when the group is formed, to express your interest please get in touch, in the meantime, you are welcome to book a private Zoom session of chair-based Yoga. 

Friday

  • 7.45am Sun Salutations Calm Express – 6 week course to learn in details and with confidence the Satyananda Style of Sun Salutations and have a life long tool to get your body and mind aligned to inner power and peace in the quickest way. This is not to substitute your regular Yoga practice, but to add more opportunities for your to practice Yoga daily.
