Yoga and Health
Every first Saturday in the month. A short presentation on a selected topic related to yoga and health, followed by a reflective conversation and a short practice. In these sessions Mairi is sharing snippets of her long lasting explorations of health and yoga, as well as the newly gained insights from the yoga therapy training she is currently undertaking. Suitable for all curious cats and anyone keen to improve the mastery of self-care.
Live online/Zoom event, Every first Saturday in the month, 6pm – 7-ish pm London time.
Free to attend, conscious/heartfelt donations welcome

Yoga & Meditative Dance
For inner landscape designers and outer space explorers! No experience in yoga or dance needed. Minimum physical ability requirement to be able to gat to the floor and lift up independently (adjusted chair-base sessions also available on request). The next event is taking part in 2023 in Bridge of Allan. If you would like to join us please get in touch to add your name to the waiting list and help us choose the date!

Retreats at home – we made several retreat weekends from the late 2019 and throughout 2020 and we’ll make it again! Sun Salutations Course – 6 week live online course to learn fine alignment and breath guided movement, and to build a morning routine of Surya Namaskar practice.
Slow Sunday Yoga to unwind and sat the pace of the month. This session was running for more than a year, every first Sunday in the month, and it will continue when the energy is ripe. Please get in touch if you would be the fist one to know about the next session’s date.
