Slow Sunday Yoga

In this workshop we will indulge in a sequence of slow breath-guided asana, meditation and relaxation practice,  exploring sense of coming home and being at ease with here and now, in our body/minds as they are, and within the immediate space we inhabit. The workshop will celebrate the idea of slow living, as well as the practice of contagious calm and joyful resilience.

Slow Sunday Yoga workshop is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners. However, if you haven’t done yoga at all, maybe better starting with shorter weekly classes for a few weeks before joining us for this one.
