Greeting the Autumn – Yoga in Nature

Greeting the Autumn – Yoga in Nature will be our second outdoors workshop in this series, and is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced yogis, for as long as there is readiness to follow the safety procedures of physical distancing, and the weather is ok.

With strict limit to number of participants, to abide to the social distancing rules of the date, we will meet outdoors, and take the first 30min in silent walking meditation. This will be followed by an outdoors 75 min yoga class, and 15min of sitting reflective meditation.
