Arriving to Ease Workshop is about yogic explorations of movement and breath, and it is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners.
In this workshop we will explore the sense of arriving to the body as arriving to our holiday destination. With perceptions attuned to our inner landscapes, and our bodies in a slow motion, we will explore the possibilities of better breathing and expanding our sense of Self, while using yogic teachings from several traditions.
