I have been doing the yoga practice for several months now and initially I was sceptical about starting, but I must say I am feeling the benefits of a weekly, one hour class.
My body posture is a lot better, and a lot of the aches and pains I had put down to age have gone. Strange, that at this age, I am rediscovering my body and learning to “listen” to it through yoga. I can get back to my disco dancing, without fear of reprisals the next day!
